Step 1: Confirm the installation location
Choose a flat and solid ground according to the load-bearing requirements of the equipment or shelf, and mark the anchor installation point.
Make sure the ground is clean and dry to avoid oil or debris affecting stability.
✅ Step 2: Adjust the height
Insert the J foundation bolt into the hole of the equipment base and adjust the height by rotating the anchor bolt (some models have adjustment nuts).
Use a level to calibrate the equipment to ensure that each support point is evenly stressed.
✅ Step 3: Fix and test
Tighten the anti-slip nut or locking gasket at the bottom of the anchor to prevent loosening during use.
Gently shake the equipment to check stability and install rubber pads if necessary (anti-slip/shock-absorbing models must fit the ground).
Industrial equipment: machine tools, production line brackets, storage shelves.
Commercial facilities: supermarket shelves, display cabinets, laboratory tables.
Outdoor scenes: 316 stainless steel J anchor bolt is required to resist salt spray corrosion.
1. Daily maintenance
Cleaning the surface:
Wipe the surface of the anchor with a soft cloth regularly to remove dust or oil stains.
Stubborn stains can be cleaned with a neutral detergent (such as soapy water) to avoid strong acid and alkali corrosion.
2. Anti-rust treatment:
Although 304/316 stainless steel is corrosion-resistant, it is recommended to apply stainless steel protective oil (once a month) in high humidity or chemical environments.
If slight rust spots are found, repair them with stainless steel special polishing paste.
2. Regular inspection
Fastener inspection:
Check whether the anchor bolts are loose every 3 months, re-tighten them and confirm whether the anti-slip pads are aging.
In long-term vibration environments, it is recommended to use thread glue (such as Loctite) for reinforcement.
Load monitoring:
Avoid overload use (refer to the product nominal load).
If the anchor is deformed or cracked, it needs to be replaced immediately.
3. Long-term storage recommendations
Storage environment:
Store in a dry and ventilated place, away from corrosive gases.
When stacking, separate with foam paper to prevent scratching the surface.
