Drilling Phase Issues
Inaccurate Positioning: Deviations in the initial layout and positioning result in incorrect installation of the m16 wedge anchor bolt.
Drilling Tilt: The electric hammer or drill rig is not perpendicular to the substrate surface during drilling, causing the hole itself to tilt. This naturally causes the wedge anchor galvanized to deflect after insertion.
Installation Phase Issues
Forced Insertion: When the hole is slightly misaligned or the dimensions are mismatched, construction workers use tools such as hammers to force the M16 wedge anchor into place, causing it to bend from the bottom.
External Impact: During installation, the M16 wedge anchor is accidentally struck by large equipment, materials, or personnel, causing immediate deformation or shifting.
Insecure Fixing: During concrete pouring, the M16 wedge anchor’s fixing bracket is not secure enough to withstand the pressure generated by the flowing concrete. Vibration Collision: The concrete vibrator directly contacts the M16 anchor bolt or its mounting bracket during operation, causing it to shift.
Equipment Vibration: Equipment operating in a vibrating environment for extended periods may experience the M16 anchor bolt gradually loosening and slight displacement due to the constant vibration.
Accidental Impact: The M16 anchor bolt may be deformed or displaced due to collisions with transport vehicles such as forklifts and hand trucks.
